The above Urdu is written by Mirza Ghalib. He was born in Agra, India. His paternal grandfather name was Mirza Qoqan Baig Khan, was immigrated to India from Samarkan; and worked at Lahore, Delhi and Jaipur. He had four sons and three daughter. His son names are Mirza Abdullah Baig Khan and Mirza Nasrullah Baig Khan. Mirza Ghalib father's name was Mirza Abdullah Baig Khan, who married with a Kashmiri lady. Mirza Ghalib father was employed of Lakhnow Nawab and the Nizam of Hydarabad. He died in a battle when Mirza Ghalib was 5 years of age. So Mirza Ghalib raised by his Uncle Mirza Nasrullah Baig.
Jagjit Singh was an Indian Singer. He was a prominent Ghazal singer as well as song writer and musician. His wife name is Chitra Singh, who is also a renowned Indian ghazal singer. Jagjit Sing sang in many languages. He was also award by Indian government; Indian goverment also released a postal stamp in his honour. He is the only singer and composer woh composed and recorded songs written by Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Jagjit Singh was regarded as one of the most influential artist of India.
